This session allows Sarah to identify your specific needs and give you an outline of what treatment will entail. An initial consultation is required before embarking on any programme of treatment.

Initial consultation with first session following immediately after: please allow up to 90 mins. Session fee: £65
Please note that a deposit of £32.50 will be taken by credit/debit card at the time of booking. In the event that you cancel the appointment with less than 48 hours' notice the deposit is non-refundable.

General hypnotherapy: sessions last 45 mins to 1 hour. Session fee: £65

Weight Management Programme: The initial consultation is free. If we decide that the Weight Management Programme is right for you, the full cost of the programme is £297, payable in two easy payments of £148.50

IBS Programme: The initial consultation is free. If we decide that the IBS Programme is right for you, the full cost of the programme is £297, payable in two easy payments of £148.50

Changing your appointment

• More than 48 hours notice: no charge for changes.
  
• Less than 48 hours notice: an administration fee of £15 will be payable.

If you cancel your appointment or do not attend

• More than 48 hours notice: no charge.
• 24-48 hours notice: you will be charged 50% of the full fee for your session.
• Less than 24 hours notice: you will be charged the full fee for your session.
