I had been the victim of a road rage attack and was suffering from post-traumatic stress. I met Sarah whilst waiting for Osteopathy treatment. I was the biggest sceptic under the sun and have always thought of hypnotherapy as quackery. Fearing the antics you see with stage hypnotism, I was worried about what would happen. Believe me, this was poles apart from the actual experience!

Sarah works with you. Together we explored the emotional issues raised by the attack on me. Once we had brought these into the open, she helped me to deal with them rather than burying them where they would continue to cause damage. She helped rebuild my confidence, and helped me deal with stressful situations.

With her help, I have rebuilt my life. I’ve moved house, changed my job from one that was making me ill to one that I enjoy, and have met and fallen in love with a wonderful person. We are getting married this year.
