This session allows Sarah to explain what hypnotherapy is, identify your specific needs, and give you an outline of what treatment will entail. An initial consultation is required before embarking on any programme of treatment.

Initial consultation with first session following immediately after: please allow up to 90 mins. Session fee: £60
Please note that a deposit of £30 will be taken by credit/debit card at the time of booking. In the event that you cancel the appointment with less than 48 hours' notice the deposit is non-refundable.

General hypnotherapy: sessions last 45 mins to 1 hour. Session fee: £60
Children 16 or under: £45

Cancellation Policy

Please note that all therapy sessions are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the full fee for your session.

Initital consultations at The Zen Zone are charged in full at the time of booking, and this is non-refundable in the event of cancellation at any time.
